The building's exterior consists of a geometric concrete shell that can easily be adapted to house a variety of different functions and create an overall diverse and eclectic atmosphere.
The facade of the building remained untampered with, to assure a sense
of secrecy and exclusivity.

BRUTALISM IN ARCHITECTURE
Detailed section cuts of the Hotel's interior space reveals its true geometrical attributes and sheds light on the architectural relationships between its main functions.
+ Lower level -1: Bar and Restaurant
+ Ground floor 0: Lobby + Lounge
+ Floors 1+2: Hotel and Conference rooms
+ Top floor : Roof top pool
In order to preserve the characteristics of the brutalist architecture style, the original pillars and support beams of the building were preserved and stripped clean to be used as visual dividers that dictate the movement between the hotel’s floors and its functions.
The entire ground floor has been dedicated to a multi-purpose, public ,open space designed to create an atmosphere of complete transparency and spatial freedom which will encourage interaction between guests and visitors.
INSULATION HOTEL
HOW TO SUCCEED IN THE WORLD OF BUSINESS
The Hotel's Brutalistic approach is not only exemplified in the building's architectural style, but it was also used as a philosophical approach to the conceptual design of the project.
Brutalism in architecture means striving to create simple, honest, and functional spaces that accommodate their purpose, inhabitants, and location.
The Hotel's public and social areas were intentionally placed underneath the walking bridges, so that walking across the bridges becomes the visual center that emphasizes the underlying theme of business brutality displayed in the Hotel design.
Hence, I opened up the entire first, second, and third floors to form a continuous vertical space that is connected by a series of circular bridges.
The problems with the original structure were the low ceilings and repressive basement.
